• A QR code can only be scanned once on one mobile phone. Please do not change or delete it after binding.
• When you finish using the eSIM plan, tap Remove Action Plan at the bottom of your phone settings to remove it.
• Internet usage must comply with the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Excessive usage in a short period may cause the telecom operator to temporarily reduce speeds or disconnect the network. We recommend turning off automatic app updates and automatic video playback.
• Internet quality may be affected by location, terrain, building shielding, network congestion, and weather.
• Turn off data roaming on your original SIM card to avoid using its mobile network and incurring roaming charges.

Each telecom operator has its own fair use agreement to ensure all users have fair access to mobile network services. When a user consumes too much data in a busy network area within a short period, the operator may temporarily limit speed. We cannot intervene in operator decisions, and your mobile network may be temporarily affected. To ensure normal use, avoid watching videos for long periods or updating software and other tools that consume large amounts of data.

• Confirm that your phone version and model are suitable before purchase. If the product cannot be used because compatibility was not confirmed, no refund will be given.
• Samsung phones have different versions depending on the country of purchase. Check the list of countries that support eSIM before purchasing.
• iOS 12.1 or above is required. iPhones sold in China do not support eSIM, and some phones sold in Hong Kong and Macau do not support eSIM.
